Both. Our first calls are run by solution architects who design Aivry deployments — they sketch the agent on the call. If you want to talk pricing later, our sales team takes over. If you want to talk technical depth, our PMs and engineers join.
Is the demo customized to my industry?
Yes. Tell us your industry on the form, and we prep a 10-minute demo on real data from a comparable customer (anonymized). You get to see what success looks like, not a sales canvas.
Do you do POCs / pilots?
Yes — typically 30-day paid pilots scoped to one workflow. Half the price goes toward annual contract if you continue. We don't do "free POCs" because customers who pay nothing show up to nothing.
Can I try Nio before I book a demo?
Yes.

What if I'm just researching, not ready to buy?
Tell us. We'll still send the one-pager. Many of our biggest customers researched for 6 months. We don't push, but we will follow up quarterly. (You can unsub anytime.)
